Description

VoiceInk is a private, offline app that turns your speech into text with high accuracy. It doesn’t need the internet to work and keeps your data safe. The app also learns your speaking style to make transcriptions more accurate over time.

What it can do:

Accurate Speech Recognition
VoiceInk supports English, Russian, and other languages. It handles different accents, background noise, and even technical words. You can use it in real-time with your microphone, or load audio files like MP3 or WAV for transcription.

Understands Context
Unlike simple tools, VoiceInk looks at what you said earlier to better understand the next words. This is useful for things like lectures, meetings, or interviews, where it’s important to keep the meaning clear. You can also teach it to recognize custom names or terms by adding them to your dictionary.

Fully Private
All your audio is processed locally on your device. Nothing is sent to the cloud. You can also turn on anonymous mode, which makes sure nothing gets saved at all.

Export and Integration
Your text can be saved in different formats like TXT, DOCX, SRT (for subtitles), or JSON. VoiceInk also supports an API, so you can connect it to tools like Notion, Obsidian, or ChatGPT. It even works with hotkeys and voice commands to speed things up.
